They do a fantastic job! I have a cream colored wool rug. My two Yorkies urinated on it. They got it clean and treated it with a pet deterrent. I only use Christmas to clean my area rugs. Awesome folks!

We had a vintage Oushak for literally two days when a storm hit the area and our cocker spaniel went to town on it with his anxiety.Mary and Chris made us instantly feel at ease about the repair they said they could do - I can’t even see where the damage was. For repair, full cleaning, and a custom cut pad, they were extremely reasonable.
